British Made Rods - currently undergoing some rearrangement

British made rods don't enjoy the same degree of historical commentary as those made by our American cousins. There are broad sweeps of development with a few notable landmarks, and I'll try and pick these out with examples whenever I can. As with the reels, I hope to provide a roughly chronological arrangement of items here, starting with the earliest rods to which I have access.
